Re: 2017 Susan Jenness Trophy
It's good to see the girls getting an award but I'm afraid I don't see them as a good female team.
I see them as a good team, with a new chassis next year and some more bhp from the engine the sky's the limit.

Re: TIN CHASSIS
At the end of the day if you go home happy safe with a smile on your face does it realy matter My sentiments exactly, as far as I'm concerned it's all down to looking through the old rose coloured glasses and having a good time. If you believe that winning a classic race makes you a superstar, who ...

Re: TIN CHASSIS
Classics are 4 stroke up to 1972 and 2 stroke up to 1969, (I think)

Re: TIN CHASSIS
There's no point argueing amongst ourselves
The big Imps and BMWs are not classic that is obvious, they were not available pre 72.
I am racing an engine that I raced when classics were new.
If anything was available pre 72 it should be allowed if it wasn't available it shouldn't be allowed.

Re: TIN CHASSIS
a tube is a tube no matter what shape it is---how many early outfits were built with seamed tube---that is effectively a fabricated tube just like an ireson and quite a few others i suppose its down to how you wish to interpret it I can assure you that Trevor did not make anything with furniture tu...

Re: helmet
I'm using a Shoei NXR and it's the best helmet I have used.
They have raised the top of the aperture on this helmet and it does make a big difference.
Ken is right about making sure that the cheek pads are a good fit.

Re: TT2017
Dont enter the TT, simple. e mail/write in to tell the organisrer's why and if entries tail off, they will soon sweep that under the carpet. No they wont, what they will do is get rid of the sidecar race. I loved racing around there but it is getting more and more difficult to do. The only reason t...
