The disc in the original pictures is a Windle disc,made from scratch by Terry himself,on a Windle wheel.
As Sam says,they can make them,they made some for our TZ a couple of years ago the offset on your disc is probably 1/4".
Get Sam to make you some,it will be money well spent.

Being a subscriber to MotorSport,I read the article in last months issue about the future of F1. Pat Symonds,ex Beneton/Renault,and Williams,is part of a working group set up by Ross Brawn,to look into the future direction of the sport.Pat is extremely keen on replacing the current 4 stroke engines,...

It was originally constructed for a Norton.I built it up from an unused frame kit.still had the RGM stickers on the frame when I got it.I raced it from 2003-2007,in BHR 750 class.
