Hi I have a photo album full of Jeff Gawley and Kenny Birch it was given to me as a friend I knew had it and wanted to give it to me as she knew I was involved with or was in sidecar racing. I will see what I can do to get it on here maybe steve can help me cheers

Is there not a disclaimer notice when you walk into a circuit regarding your safety at race meetings?? also nobody wants to see anybody hurt but how long has that bus been there and in my time I have never seen anyone coming close to hitting the bus circuit safety should be paramount no question but...

Yes a great bloke, Ray,knew Ray when he had his BSA outfit,one of many he owned in his history of sidecar racing,its very sad news, my condolences to his family and friends God bless mate.

Yep Alan did have a TZ but he packed in I think in the 80s if i remember,he did ride again sometime after that

So maybe a miscalculation in fuel additive (easy done) on behalf of the teams and knowing that,did not have further samples tested,I should wait for further statements before you hang people for which could be a simple mistake? I think thats a fair statement

Its a good point Tony, I think common sense should prevail by taking to a reputable builder to check over or do the modification,but what is the guarantee also as tube can crack internally as well,I had a new chassis built which developed a crack,just a material problem which was sorted,even new cha...
