Wish you all the best with it John. Like you say you know if 4 outfits that are for sale & 2 or more that are beating injected engines, so 7 potential F2s ? How likely would it be for all 7 outfits to be able to race at the same date ??

Don't think it would be easy to police engines being used. We all know that some F2 engines can easily be modified too much larger capacities and who would find this out? A scrutineer ?
Also as most of us realise to win races you need to spend money.So would it not just end up being the team with ...

leaking rims ?

Ok one particular rim is driving us mad, does anyone know how you seal them once they have been split into 3 pieces so that they don't leak :?:

We have tried putting sillicone sealant between each mating surface but it still leaks as we have sprayed soapy water on the rim and it leaks just ...

WOO HOO......SORTED :!: :!:

After many pumps on the pedal I rotated the calipers as the pedal was being pumped, and this seemed to do the trick, there must be a pocket somewhere in the caliper where the air was hiding :!:

Anyway all sorted now, we have brakes :!:

Thanks Ronno, not treid mityvac yet as I would have thought with such a simple system you wouldnt need a vacuum or pressure bleeder, looks like I maybe wrong though eh?

And thanks for the links too, wonder if anyone else can shed some light on how to do it with no special kits etc etc.......Help !

Help bleeding brakes.....

Ok we have just fitted a new master cylinder to the bike and now cant get the air out the system, we hung the calipers up above the level of the master cyl. and left them like that for a week, before we even started to try and get the air out.

The brake line feeds the chair wheel and the front LHS ...
