Re: CRMC New Eligibility Rules

Blimey whats gone wrong with you lot!!!!

I think certain individuals who keep having a dig at richard really need to get over themselves!! Or in fact take on the role of eligibilty and do better! ( I guess people get brave sitting behind a key board) :o

Well I hope you lot are ok, In some ways I ...

Re: 12 Inch tyres

Simon,

you are right about the A008 being terrible, but I think in reality these were only ever best used as a fast road tyre.

The new generation of Yoko tyres are effectively factory cut slicks when you look at their overall appearance. They are very good tyres.

When I changed from Dunlop to ...

Re: 12 Inch tyres

Simon,

The tyres being mentioned are yoko OA48R - 165-55-12.

Now contact patch should not be an issue because the 10" yokos are 165-70-10. They look slightly wider, but in reality they're not. Richard Holmes the eligibilty man lives just round the corner to me so'll double check for you tonight ...

Re: 12 Inch tyres

Attention all!!!!

If you wish to order Yoko's then go direct to George Polley motorsport, these guys are the main Yoko importer and you'll get them damn cheap. :D

Seeing as I'm not racing for a while I don't mind sharing a few trade secrets this year!!!

As per Triple's comments glad to ...

Re: Alan Sansum

Hi Mate,

I believe a guy I used to race against in the classic club was Allan's nephew. His name is Andy Evans and bloody quick he was too. He used some of Allan's colour schemes etc, so its definately worth getting in touch with Andy.

Try a post on here for Andy's number, one of the classic boys ...

split from So.........

Well pending an alledged onslaught from numerous new BMW things, I thought I'd try turbo charged 1500cc imp on cut slicks and hope no-one notices

On a serious note still have bikes in bits and no money as I've started new business venture, so probably not playing this year..

Good ...
