I am sorry to report that Dick will remain in the hospital for the foreseeable future. He is suffering from Alzheimer's, Dementia and Bipolar.
He doesn't recognize anybody and does not respond to visitors, it is very upsetting for me to see him as he is now as I suffer from ...

To all his many friends, I visited Dick yesterday in the hospital and I am sorry to say that he is in there for the long term. I was lucky enough to be his first passenger and we shared many good times together especially in the IOM.

Dick and I are in the process of doing just that, allbeit it is at a very early stage. To have Dick in Team Gristwood is for me a full circle as we met in '61 and raced together between '65 & 72. A lasting friendship in excess of 50 years.Not bad eh!! Like you Buddha I am looking forward to him ...
