As Dicky understands it, a competitor painted it on the tree many years ago to remind himself where that kerb was and the other competitors found it so useful that it was just maintained. Originally just by competitors apparently, but now that it's a well known feature I'm not sure who keeps ...

I'm sure you'd still be allowed up on a pushbike if you went all the way up off road. Getting up the back "road" to windy corner would still work of they could handle the climb and the bumps.

I've just had a look at the lap records on the NG website, Joe and I beat the F350 lap record by nearly two seconds!!

I have a handle under my driver's left arm (mostly found on Iresons) as well as the handle on the outside of the rear wheel and can pull myself forward or back for right handers and effectively use myself as a clutch for the traction on the front or rear wheel...
