"It would seem that some sidecar crews are under the misconception that Pre 1972 Sitter Outfits are not eligible for CRMC events - This is not the case and you ...

I will always remember Reg as one of the most positive people I have ever met, he was and always will be a good man and I was lucky enough to know him, the picture above with Kerry sums him up completely. God bless you Reg.

CRMC Honda Capacity Limit GOING GOING Almost GONE

:D Hi All,

Good news for all of the current Honda SOHC 4 cylinder powered classic sidecar crews and of course for any new crews that can be tempted to come out to play. The cc restriction on the Honda engine limiting it to 836cc is in the process of being scrapped, so as of next season the only ...

Re: Where have all the tyres gone?

Hi All,
Andy Thomas one of the new sidecar crews to the CRMC (ex modern sidecar racer) has been working hard to come up with a solution, more info to follow but it will involve crews having to commit to quantities of tyres to ensure a commercially viable batch can be produced.

Re: Camathias Cup & CRMC at Donington Park

Hi Kezz,

Yes we all have to pay the ACU insurance, if I remember rightly the Camathias eligibility is aligned to the CRMC. so quick and easy answer is no problem to enter CRMC races at Donington, if you wanted to come out with the CRMC on a regular basis then you would need to register and obtain a ...

Re: Yokohama tyres the facts / part 2

:) Hi Mike,
No minimum weight but then no maximum either, as us classic racers are usually "more mature in age and body weight" a lightish crew might be 13 stone driver and 11.5 stone passenger we do have some rather heavier crews and a few lighter one's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, rather than ...
