2019-2020 Mountain Course Licence
I've seen a couple of minor changes to clause 4 of the conditions for a mountain course licence. I don't think it will make a difference to many sidecar people but there a few people who get their results at places like Jurby and a few Classic TT competitors it could make life difficult for. The ...

Re: Welsh road races, 2018 solo only but possibly in future sidecars included
They are faithful to the original circuit and when I went up on Sunday, the piles of logs were gone and the surface is new all the way round if a bit green here and there. It will need a bit of ground works to pipe a few ditches and move a few banks and blocks of limestone that mark the corners ...

Re: Minimum weight
On the original subject, be careful what you wish for. There isn’t a maximum height for basketball players or a maximum weight for a sumo wrestler. I’m not aware of a minimum rider weight in MotoGP and size is an advantage among some of the leaders. There is a minimum combined bike and rider weight ...

Re: Accommodation near Bishop Court
Thanks Dave,
I'd already tried the list from track website. They seem to be 'Country Houses', a bit out of our range, we're more your 'derelict caravan park' type of tourist.

Re: TT onboard video - learning the course
I whole heartedly recommend 'NO LIMIT'. George Shuttleworth gave good sound advice on planning and machine preparation, bits do just rattle loose and fall off. Despite being made 80 years ago, his advice negotiating the Steam Packet, raising sponsorship, finding accommodation, Glencrutchery Road ...
