F2 weight distribution
Just wondering, what would be look at as the ideal weight distribution on an F2? I've heard many a discussion in the paddock, talking about moving the motor forward or rearward an inch or 2 to better balance the chassis, but I've not seen anywhere what would be the ideal starting point ? So what is ...

Re: Avon tyres
It's worth noting that Avon is owned by cooper, who is equally owned by Goodyear.
Cooper has a large racing presence themselves, including rallycross and indycar, and Micky Thomson is also a Cooper brand.
If they regroup their race tyre range into one factory, that's likely to be in the US.

Re: How to recycle an old mobile phone as a GPS laptimer.
Cool Stuff Chris (y) Shane to hear that the Microsquirt ECU didn't hold up. I know a few who have played with them on bikes and cars, a mate is running al his own software on one on an SV650, and it seems to work really well. So the problem isn't the software or ECU capabilities, it's the physical q...

YAM engines / 4TV / Thundercat `96-`98
A mate of mine in Germany has been building a 600 thundercat race bike, and in the process has collected a few spare motors. Speaking with him yesterday he tells me that he has a few to sell, shipping on a palette is possible. All are from street bikes he has picked up. #1: 35.000km - with a little ...
