Re: Parade lap before the senior on friday
Shame the PR gets the passenger's name wrong for the 1923 winners, the first ever Sidecar TT. The iomtt.com website database gives Denny, the PR piece says Perry - should be Walter DENNEY (The family garage is about 8 miles away.) A passenger's lot is not..........

Re: 1985 on the Mountain, bike caught fire
I'm sure I was at the 26th in 1985 and would have said Geoff Rushbrook but now that Tim reckons '88, I'm not too sure! Seem to remember the ( or a) photo was in MCN or MCW.

Re: Camathius Cup 2013
Presumably this cup is named after Florian CamathiAs, and I'm sure Bob will agree, should be spelt as the great man spelt it. Watching and more to the point, listening to him coming down from Bedstead to Governors and out onto Glencrutchery Road on the Gilera, was a major reason in my taking a much ...

Re: Scarborough today
Dean had a 'heat' win yesterday, narrowly from 2009 Cock O' The North winner Michael Pearson. In the second leg today he beat Frear and Pearson by around 13 seconds and was drifting it into Mere a la Michael Dunlop. Crowd loved it!

Hirst 7 Noble Atkinson retired following an error by the fuel addition operative. (who compounded his embarrassment by 'falling' over the fence having par...
