As above.............I am sure I speak for us all..... THANKS VERY MUCH Ronno & Steve for all the updates during practice week. I can't keep up with the normal posts let alone the speed of your cut & paste.....

One of the guys in the final of the UK Shinkicking didn't look too good, his foot definitely wasn't meant to be at that angle.
