POSSIBLE PROBLEM WITH PRIVATE MESSAGES

I'm just investigating. It seems that some private messages are getting lost in the system. I have to say that's the first time I've ever known it happen, usually it's people with message boxes full not releasing new ones (there's a 250 limit).

If you have a full message box, it may be worth emptying a few out just in case.. but I have a feeling there's something else wrong

I have had issues with sending PM thought it was the chinese internet but can send message to mum but not to Stu it is saying message submitted succesfully then find it in outbox.

Still in outbox means it hasn't been read yet.

Once the message has been read it moves to sent, till then it sits in outbox . This way you can see if it had been opened at the other end yet . This works different to email and catches everyone.

The problem seems to be messages not showing in the inbox the other end.

I've just had it happen to me. There's a [1] showing on my inbox that says there's a message unread and I know I was sent one at 18:04 but it's not showing in my inbox. I can't see any unread messages.

I really can't see what is doing it, i've purged the cache, altered message settings slightly to kick it into gear. Will have another go...

I think is all this chinese polution I am sending to the cloud has it only been doing since last thursday LOL:)

Don't call me a geek but I'm not entirely sure 'the cloud' is a real cloud. #Justsaying
