TM 125 Kart engine in a sidecar?

Unread post by steve-e »

Does anyone know who built and raced a sidecar with a TM 125 Kart engine? Do we know what class?

Any contact details and or photos would be appreciated.

It's to convince a governing body of a non related series that the engine has been used in a bike before.

May not be what you are after but The RSR Junior sidecar runs a rotax 125 engine according to the website http://www.rsr-sidecar.de/junior/index.php.

Personally I have never been able to find anything else about it.

Steve,

it was Ian Arnold and he put it in Eddy's old windle 350. He ran it in the scooter club.

he then switched to banshee before it was sold and possibly then had a supercharged gs500 engine fitted?

Ian is on here and I have his number if you need to pass it on. I think he lives abroad now but can't remember where.

hope that helps.
cheers
