Track days, practice etc

Unread post by Clarkie37 »

Hi there,
I’m on the edge of purchasing an F2 sidecar but just wanted to know where they can be ridden in the UK. I live in Guernsey and so would mostly be doing hillclimbs and twisty sprints but would still like to get used to riding a sidecar on a circuit first if possible.

Thanks
Alex

Errr, as long as you have an ACU sidecar driver licence then you can drive it on any race circuit in the UK that's holding a sidecar practice or race. Check out the calendar/fixtures section of this site.

A few places, like Teeside Autodome occasionally do sidecar practice sessions (and as it's not under ACU regs then you don't need an ACU licence). But there's not many places like that at all.
