Yes i understand you never have but why is it a rule that it will never be allowed? Why can there not be an exception if it is right for the period of the class being considered for racing with the Classic club?
Just a question nothing else ;)

Were any other decisions made at the AGM that could affect 350's / post classic racing with you?

So we f350s will have to run treaded tyres :( :( don't think so .more money  as R H pointed out slicks are in keeping with the era :d I'm not sure I understand Richard saying " you can put it where you like " after all this is a forum for discussion and free views :d and if you don't like the feedback deal with it calmly without a lot of bad feeling :) we are after all ..all sidecar racers :2thumbs: so Richard ...still can't race the Konig with you then :d :d :d

as for putting it where you like, I was asked if it could be split to a new thread,
And I have had enough of people always bitching on about the C.R.M.C

We only used to change the rear and sidecar tyres on our Konig anyway. The front is a 10 inch mini, and the other two are Lola 12 inch wheels. So we could race that with treaded tyres and just need to get two. Wouldn't cost that much - a lot of cars run that size.

One for Annette and Robin.....

The treaded tyres we used on our BMW lasted 3/4 of the season Annette and we could have got a full season if we didn't ride it as hard....
The sidecar has done two seasons !

The treaded tyres are also HALF the price of slicks........

Best thing the CRMC have said/done for sidecars for a bit if they allow 350's n Post Classics in.....

Bludge and I did put that forward as one of our proposals in last years AGM

How many posts did I put up on this site and others last year saying get the sidecars out there and lets have a decent RACE.....
