Re: Looking through my old slides
I don't think it's Snetterton either, the buildings in the background are on the wrong side of the track if that's the starting grid!

I stand corrected. That building is there on this frame grab from one of my DVD's. The rider in the foreground is Graham Milton on a Bultaco.

Re: Looking through my old slides
That's the old toilet block. A lot of the concrete footings for the buildings are still there now although it's harder to get round there now. The outside of Coram's has been pushed out to give a lot more run off (good work JP) so I don't think you can get there while racing is on ?

Re: Looking through my old slides
At great risk of being wrong again, it looks like the upper paddock road at Cadwell?smiffy wrote:Derek Jones on the LCR at Snet ??

Re: Looking through my old slides
Looks to me like the main road down into the paddock at Snet, which now of course has the other road that goes left off the hill into the collecting area. I know it mostly from climbing the trees in the background about the era that photo was taken
with the fence on the right being the exit from the old fast russells (the one that I didnt' get round on my second lap on the TZ solo, but that's another funnier story).
