No problems this year Helen,
all our time that was allocated to engine changing last year will this year be spent at The Manor. :P
I took the shell off my racing snail thinking it would make him faster.
It just made him more sluggish.

Now that
Aubrey
Racing
Sidecar
Engine
Supplies
are involved with
Team
Walters
And
Thomas
Sidecar racing,
can we assume that young Mr. Aubrey will be attending the TT this year?

Used to think I was considered crazy for racing sidecars by the generally uniformed public out here on the fringes of civilization. Gradually coming around to the conclusion that crazy is just a universal pre-requisite for everyone involved with sidecar racing.

Speaking of buying stuff...

If I'm living in the paddock for 2 weeks I figure I'm going to be paying for some stuff (I'm guessing mostly beer, food and souvenirs, probably in that order). Am I going to be able to pay for any of that with a Visa card (i.e. do they accept them in the pubs, beer store?, eating establishments, grocery stores)? If I need to use cash are there bank machines (on the INTERAC or PLUS) networks near the paddock? If I have to resort to travelers checks are they accepted by anyone?

It is relatively easy for me to obtain some British currency before I come, I'm assuming that won't offend anyone if I use it at the TT?
