Really John????

Are you sure that was all? I thought there was a handsome, debonaire, modest, (well hung) - good old fashioned Tooting Boy who was extremely onside with that message.

To be fair - Mike Dommett was also very strongly in favour too and spoke up very well on the subject. Good sense carried the day and I think if foreign riders who cannot comply with the 2 signatures in the current year before May 9th make a direct application to Gary Thompson at the ACU, the deadline could be extended in special circumstances to allow such crews to do a mid to late May event over here before practice week.

The request of having 2 signatures in the current year came from Gary Thompson, as he said there were several top riders asking for that change to ensure everyone they were sharing the course with in practice week had at least 2 competitive outings under their belts in the current season. You can't really complain about a change that comes about from the organisers listening to the competitors - (or can you?)
