I was thinking of running the course but not in 1 go!! I thought about doing it in a few runs over the fortnight,
10 min miles would do as an overall average as I hate hills!!!
Most weeks I try 3 runs 1 of 10 miles, 1 of 7 and 1 of about 5 so that's 22 miles done.
I reckon it should only take 6hrs 10!!
Anyone up for it and anyone want to drop me of and wait for me 6-10 miles up the road!!
I dont really know the course that well part from maybe the mountain section would be a short and sweet run
