Boys, possible a really dumb comment (but I have seen it before) .... Are you 100% sure you have the inline fuel filter around the correct way?
....your biggest weakness is to think you have none!

That shouldnt be a problem Kelly ,the crap would just be on the other side of the mesh .

I found the problem today. There is something in the tank that is blocking the outlet. I drained the tank and you can hear something moving around.

I only noticed when I tried to drain the fuel out and it was just dripping.

If you don't use the wiring from the original pump, make sure that your fuel pump is wired in a way that it shuts off when the lanyard is pulled.
