it will be a great shame if we lose what has got to be one of the finest little track's in the country ,for sure it's not oulton park but there again it's not oulton price's ,yes it'a a bit off the beaton track but if the weather's kind and you got the beer's and the barby get an entry in ,iv''not rode there myself this year due to a load of thing's i'll not bore you with including belgium meeting's running on the same w/end's,but please use it or lose it cos no kidding when it's gone it's gone !!

I'm keeping everything in Gaz, I've not had much luck there recently. Anyway you should leave me well behind on an F1, we had a good do last time though eh.

I noticed yeah, I'm only joking btw, just having a trundle round to see how it runs

as you rightly said it's ancient

Yes I enjoyed last time , won't be doing any close contact this time as fairing only taken me 18 months to finish lol

It does look good, look forward to seeing it in the flesh so to speak. Mines a bare chassis at the moment, I need to pull my finger out I reckon.

Yes it looks well but I need it to run well lol. Won't happen overnight but will get there. Why you stripped yours down ?

Its not quite looking its best, we've had a few wet races in a row so I want to give it a good clean and polish, plus Tony Holmes has an engine of mine and it should be ready this coming week so I decided to strip and clean it while the engine was being changed, I hope its ready anyway, its booked on the dyno for Thursday.

Well the meeting came and went. eventually we had 6 entered and 4 who turned up and raced. Am please
d to report all 4 outfits finished all 3 of their races and seemed to have a good time in spite of the mixed weather. Mark Berry/ Adam Illman won all 3 followed by terry Howse who was on slicks in both wet and dry races, as was 3rd placed Dan Knight with newbie passenger Craig chappers Chaplow the field was Completed by 2 fast ladies. Gaz Wilson was a no show due to damaging the bike trying it out with a sticky throttle and I believe Stuart Applegate had van problems, So one meeting to go this season and we do need a good entry if there are going to be sidecars racing there next year as once again all solo classes were oversubscribed.
