Terry was one of a kind, probably the nicest guy I ever have had the priviledge of calling a friend.....his word was his bond, he had time for everyone and passed on his great knowledge and wisdom freely...with a great sense of humour and easy going manner, he was easy to talk to....many is the hour we passed, over a glass of malt, sorting out the world....underneath was a very determined man who bore his burden, of the last few years, very bravely indeed....you will be sadly missed but never forgotten.....RIP Terry....condolences to Kathy, Peter and all family and friends....

A terrible loss.
When we saw Terry last year he was very keen to give my dad a copy of his last mdoel F1 chassis plans so my Dad could build a replica of the chassis. With my Mum dying at the start of the year we never got round to going down, Terry was very insistent that we make the trip next time we were available.
I feel very sorry that we didnt manage to make it down, If we'd made a good job of it it might have been a fitting tribute.

Such a shame

If it wasn’t for Terry many of us would not have had the pleasure of racing sidecars. A true friend. RIP Terry, you will be sadly missed, but certainly never forgotten. Condolences to Kathy, Peter, Tracey, Jodie and all of the family. Bill Hodgkins
