They don't issue the whole list as it is copyright and you have to buy the programme to get it. That's why we only put in those that people give us themselves or are announced!

Their choice,I suppose. They make a big deal about the solo top ten / twenty but, of course we don't matter...grrr

Yes, they usually keep it all close to their chest. We can only publish numbers given by individuals whose numbers they are, as we have no permission and they might not be happy at us breaching their copyright. People have told me all sorts of numbers, but they are not THEIR numbers..
