Another point Tony when making your choice is cost. The 13" avon costs over £100,00 lasts for two meetings, and yes ! it is not good in the wet.

On the other hand. If we were allowed to use the 13" Yoko which still has a contact patch of 5.5" You would find this tyre lasts for 4 meetings, costs £48.00 and is very very good in both wet, and dry conditions. This would not disadvantage those running 13" wheels in wet conditions.

But rules is rules. :( :lol: On that note I wish you all a very happy and safe 2013.

Thanks for clearing that up Ian,happy new year to all.Eddy,if them Avons only last 2 meetings at that price it would be cheaper to use slicks!
