Looks to me like the main road down into the paddock at Snet, which now of course has the other road that goes left off the hill into the collecting area. quote S.E.

Yes No 13 is me on the Imp with Mark Watson on the side. I think No2 may be Keith Lacy (not 100%). It probably is Snetterton. It would have been about 1977 or 1978
