"Raced" . . .Hmmmm !! OK, but been known to run out of talent at crucial moments !
Started on two wheels, 200 Ducati, 750 Triumph, 500 Suzuki.
4 wheels, Rally Lotus Cortina, Formula Ford.
3 wheels all sorts !
Remember Roy Hanks and Mick Boddice at TT on an LC's
Top 'hard' man on 2 and 3 wheels, Brian Hargreaves

It would seem a lot of us have done it but like to keep quiet about it

I'd go as far as to say most have, which is a surprise. Interesting the number who have done 4 wheels as well and still come back to 3

raced various solo,s and thought it was the meaning of life, then discovered 3 wheels. Changed my opinion and would still be doing it if the doc would let me.

Me too! Raced a solo for about a season in 1989 to 1990. I have a pic of me doing the Plum Pudding somewhere but can't find it. (Thin leathers, no back protector, frightening!)
After a gap of twenty years, started racing a sidecar in 2010. I did do enduros in between: solo from 1990 to 1997 and sidecar from 1997 to 2005. Also some motocross and a couple of long distance trials. My first attempt at sport was a grasstrack passenger in 1978 or 1979 but I was hopeless as a passenger! I've had a go at most types of mc sport, both solo and sidecar. What fun it has been!

Quite a lot, so how many had success on 2 and 3 wheels, i expect the list to be a lot shorter

Me too, won the 750 Earlystocks championship in '93 then raced a Gsxr1100 in 94 until it had my leg off and the ACU wouldn't let me ride solos anymore so bought an outfit.

Me. I rode one of Jerry Lodge's MT125 for the 2006 season (very badly, I might add).
I've building a 750 solo for next year and a 200 for Shelli.

I've raced (the term is used very loosely)
TSS 250 Bultaco
Norton Atlas
FZ 600 Yamaha
CBR 600 FJ
I jumped off the Honda on Honda curve at Pembrey and have since been suffering from a severe case of cowardice but now that I'm getting younger I've bought a CBR 600 F2 to have a play on next year.
I've told the wife to notify everyone of the funeral arrangements.
