. no its not crumpet,its a circuit in France near Magny Cours,the french classic mob are trying to have a do over Easter weekend 08preferably chairs only,preferably classic/vintage or interestingnot a race but a good weekend with 2 rock and roll bands a good jolly up and about 120 euros for the 2 dayer,3 20 minute sessions per day,come on better than practising at damp cold mallory,interested then I`ll get an e mail address.

I think we would be up for that! We can even provide accomodation in Normandy on the way down and back.

don't be too hasty Rob.....i mean, the classic club do everything they can to encourage sidecar racers to join their wonderful club... :shocked:

...and all they expect from you in return is to have 1 or 2 digit numbers on your outfit... :yes:

...not to ask for a credit note for 1 day if you break down on the first lap or two of practice on day 1... :shocked: :yes:

expect to have laps reduced because of delays at most circuits especially Cadwell....(expect a 3 or 4 lap race of the full circuit...)

...and if you win a trophy like race of the year.....get it plonked in your hand with a "there you go" if you are lucky.....(did you ever get your trophy :? :lol: ) :no:

The man for regs is a large Calvados swilling Frenchman called daniel,rides under the name of Gummikuh,builds BM outfits as well,all round good bloke,

Portsmouth to Caen. Then take the Falaise road down through Normandie, all welcome to stop at Graham's house near Alencon (loads of barn parking and ten bedrooms plus Karaoke bar 30 metres), then down to Le Mans, Blois, Vierzon and Bourges.
