Trident oil pump

Unread post by Triplebrew »

Anyone have any experiance of these? Currently using a Triple Cycles high capacity jobbie but am convinced something is amiss with it. Has anyone run a standard pump and how did it work out? Am going to change ours but am undecided on going for a standard item or another high capacity jobbie. Any input most welcome. TIA

Hi Tripps, as I said in the past Karl Wheeldon aka "wheelybin" & John Dowling ran a Trident for many years in Forgotten Era. You got no harder rider on engines than Karl. I don't remember them having any oiling issues at all, it would be a good idea to ask what kind of oil pump they ran. I can PM you his phone number, he's the kind of guy who will give you any info he can.
