Posted on another forum I am on.
Any members know about classic Meriden Triumph's? I have always liked the old bikes and would love to own one. If anyone does have any knowledge, I would be grateful to know about models and years etc and any other advice. Cheers guys
Anyone give me any info I can pass on?

It is better to regret something in life that you have done, rather than something that you have not.

I had a Harris T140ES, don't touch anything with an electric start on. If you're going to buy a Triumph get a proper old one, they are a lot less bother.

Chuffster if your pocket is deep enough buy one with 3 cylinders. The sound alone is magic
Also you get better brakes and the best power. A late T160 even offers disc brakes and electric start!
