Will the Scarborough round be a points scoring one? I ask because, presumably, this will be a National at which club licence holders will not be allowed to race.

I'm pretty sure I've read or heard that a club licence holder can be invited by auto66 on merit. I pressume this means if they are doing well and not a danger to themselves and others? Any one else heard this or did I dream it? :D
