It is a beautiful machine and is powered by a Vincent motor with Wal Philips 'fuel injection'. It sounds as good as it looks. Normally races with the VMCC.

Another similar beast was John Worthington's Scitsu, don't know if it is still around though. Anyone have any pics of said machine please?

Bob, If that is the one with the Triumph motor (fitted at an odd angle if I recall?) then I did see it race about 8 or 9 years ago at Jehonville with Phil Biggadyke 'driving' it. Should be some pics somewhere. Again I recall it racing with the VMCC in the past.

Nice to see a few "one-off" machines like that - with a bit of innovation and thinking outside the "box"

(as "they" say)

The Mogvin was built in 1958 . It had hydraulic disc brakes and the fuel injection even then.

Ok mike - you're right - nice to see something a bit different though ?

- and you (of all people) should know where it's all heading when
all the machines are the same (you know what I'm saying

)

They are classified by the ACU rules of the time where there were three basic classes:
Class A: a three wheeled device where the three wheels formed only two tracks and the sidecar was demountable.
Class B: As Class A except that the sidecar was an integral part of the machine (i.e. permanently affixed by brazing and/or welding)
Class C: A device with three wheels that formed three separate tracks, e.g. as in a Morgan. It was also possible to use four wheels ( ! ) where the centres of one pair of wheels was no more than 8" apart, e.g. Greenwood Mini.
There were further subdivisions of the first two classes, e.g. Rolf's B2B machine.
Hope that clarifies things just a tad
BTW, anyone know of or remember Arthur Breaze who used to race a large JAP engined beast at Oulton Park in the 60s, seem to recall it had all manner of chains, countershafts and such flailing around?

Could that be the Halec Mk1? Seem to recall that being powered by some large v-twin type motor?
PS Sorry bob cannot find any pics of the Scitsu
