I have been forwarded this letter which was sent to the Trident and Rocket 3 Owners Club from the organisers of this event in France :
We'll be happy to welcome you the 20-21 of June in Croix en Ternois. We would like to honour foreigner side car owners and need your help. Can you inform your friends who have side-car (occupant leaning out in the front)? Do you know how we can contact side car owners?

Sounds interesting RP
Must admit that with some of my drivers I was not so much an occupant but more of a temporary resident

Which in turn, clashes with the Bikers Classics event at Spa too !

Can work out some of the entrey details but can't figure out what it is going to cost etc. Think this could be a great weekend

Right Ian, just the essentials:
Entry fees same as 2008, viz:
Driver: (cost in euros) 132, 137, 148 Amount paid determines level of insurance cover
Passenger ( " ) 22, 27, 38 ---------- ditto ----------
All entries to be in by 30 May 2009 - late entries will not be accepted
Photo of machine is required with all entries - incomplete entries will be returned.
Changes of driver/passenger/machine can only be made before the start of practice.
Eligible machines - sidecars: 1960 - 1976. NO rear exits
Scrutineering - obligatory! Machines which are defective or do not comply to rules etc will be refused.
Usual ACU clothing to be worn - open face or full face helmets OK. Back and joint protection is recommended.
Practice is just that - no racing! Transgressors will be dealt with!! Drivers to have regard for slower competitors at all times.
Consumption of alcohol and or drugs by competitors is forbidden during the entire meeting.
Organisers have no responsibility for theft &/or damage during the event.

Go to it its a blinding weekend,Croix is only 60 miles up from Calais,towns got good restaurants and bars,there`s an autojumble there, and about 50 plus sidecars.
We are here for a good time not a long time!!!!!
