Used to race a very tidy and successful Beemer with CRMC, late 70's, early 80s with his son as passenger.

Did'nt he have the O'dell Seymez before Dave lockyer brought it, also seem to remember him on a very well prepared BMW (Rennsport maybe?).

Don't know about the Seymaz Karl, but it wouldn't surprise me :D Andy rode a superb 900cc BMW with CRMC, always immaculately turned out which was not quite the norm in the early 80s. Seem to recall he gained the odd trophy not only on the track with it but also 'Best Turned Out' on a number of occasions.

He also had at one time a pair of quite rare 50'60s Maserati roadsters :)

I remember he raced the BMW at KRC races as well and was normally mid pack.

Indeed Karl, not too shabby considering the other machines ;)

Mick Barton in a post in the Sidecar PAddock helpfully posted this from the Wo Is It thread:-

'Adrian (Rivett) sold it to Andy Plummer (last time I saw Andy was about 5 years ago, he was living in a RV in Daytona Beach). '

Cheers Mick :D
