I know I mentioned this before, but now we have a lot more members so someone else might remember him. Big bloke, beard, Davy Crockett hat, shorts, one red sock and the other green. Used to turn up at all the GP's in the 70's & 80's - UK circuits, also Spa, Mettet, Hockenhiem etc. There was usually another bloke with him, thin chap. Reminded me a bit of Laurel & Hardy.

There used to be a man who always had a carnation as a button hole. as well.

Think the guy you refer to is ‘Big Ron Superfan’ don’t know where he is now but talked to him last year, I think it was at the TT ?? He hadn’t changed and seemed in good shape.
