Can you help indentify these old shots from the TT?
I found these images on negatives in my achives. I did not take them - but I think I was given the negs quite a few years ago by a relative. I knew I had them but as I did take them originally I have never done anything with them. There is about a dozen so I'll put a few on at a time. I know its the TT but not got a clue on the year or who they are. Thought it might be fun and a little interesting to discover who they are.

I really do not know tbh.
The response has been disappointingly under whelming. No point in posting the rest then.
Come on. They can't be that difficult....

Oh, please do post them. I find them fascinating and will try to recognise someone... if we get one, the others may then fall into place.

Its is a worry then... Klaus Enders & Rolf Englehardt - BMW? I am thinking it is going into Kirkmichael Villiage, but like I said I am not sure as I did not take the images - but would love for someone to tell me exactly when & where it is for sure.

Re: Can you help indentify these old shots from the TT?
Enders' full helmet was only used the last couple of years, this was 1973 and yes its Kirk Michael coming into the village just before they swoop across the road where The Mitre is. Enders and Engelhardt won every GP they contested that year. I'd left the island by '73 and don't have any magazines for that year but I'd guess 6=Siggy Schauzu with 15 possibly an early Steinhausen shot? Presumably 20 is british so Roger Williamson as he was 5th on a BMW. Then again 3 looks chubbyish in the face so could be Schauzu or Luthringshauser??

OK Helen, just as long as everybody will forgive me for cheating by use of the 1973 programme!!
It is 1973, and it's the 500 Sidecar Race.
20: The Vanneste Brothers, Michel & Serge, BMW
15: Rolf Steinhausen & Karl Scheurer, Konig (2 different shots)
3: Richard Wegener & Rolf Kabbe, BMW
6: Siggi Schauzu & Wolfgang Kalauch, BMW
9: Klaus Enders & Rolf Engelhardt, BMW
What more can I tell you all, except that I am, as Helen will confirm, first and last a solo man who would not ride in an outfit for £1 Million.

Would never have got Ralf Englehardt as I have only ever seen him as a 'driver'
