Tis Lowry but not that passenger if the caption is correct on Marion's pics.

Its Lowry but I havent a clue who the passenger is.Lowry isnt that big so the passenger is a small lad .

Would Mr.Langton confirm who the passenger is in case the caption is wrong?

No idea on the passenger in the picture - we met Lowry at the Southern one year we were over with Bran - was a few years after he had packed in - certainly looked a bit different to that picture...mind you - did he not have the distinction of being the oldest TT winner at one time...?

The passenger in question is the great al himself a bit less hair now but i think thats to do with helping me out when i bother him

Lowry still follows the racing and I see him at the TT and Southern100 most years.

I would never have thought it was Alan. Amazing what a bit hair does for the looks .

Well I pushed Lowry's outfit with my car all the way back from Braddan Bridge to the grandstand after he broke down in the 1981 TT but I don't recall him having that much hair! When was that pic taken? I presume the passenger is Alan Langton.

Tis me. Well done all . It was a pleasure to passenger such a great rider . Unfortunatly i was too young at the time to appreciate i was a very lucky to have been asked to ride with the great man.A true gentelman and friend.
