Well I'd hazzard a guess that the tall chap is the "legend" himself .
As for the passenger ... I'd tell him to give it up , looks like he'd never get to grips with it to me

We were just about to leave to go to the TT in 1970, and the bike was seen on TV in a show later in the week in the closing clips of the programme.cant remember the name of the programme.
