Go on then, where are the progress reports and photos of all these machines that have been worked on over the closed season and all chomping at the bit to get out for a session at Mallory. Ours should be done with a couple of weeks and the photos will be posted ( come on John get yer finger out I wanna ride the bike  ).
What are the rumours about who has bought what?
I'll start it off by saying I heard that the super quick Houghton Weslake has gone North?

Gone North? What do you mean? Scotland, Iceland, Doncaster?

Ours is finished. Just got to fit the Interspans, which takes about 10 minutes.

Howard's needs a little more time spending on it, 60 hours a week, and it should be out for July!

I think you'll find Scotland is the destination for Nick Houghton's Wessie - a Mr A. Lewis which will hopefully mean that son Colin, who raced with us at Cadwell last year, will get an upgrade and join us more next season.

Ours is still spread around the workshop in small pieces.

Steve Stevenson, who was also with us at Cadwell, 750 BSA, has now taken it up to 900cc and will be joining us at most but not all rounds.

Steve and Linda will be joining the Period 2 brigade, Triumph powered.

There's also talk about this new Imp in Kent.

Well I'm a bit behind exactly. The Imp is all over the place, and the BM is still in the design and build stage. Worse to come! Helen has insisted I take her away from this cold climate to warmer ones! So that will be at least two weeks out of rebuild time. I'm not gonna make our test day. Shame really, but I will have plenty of time to think things out, sitting in the sunshine! beer in hand.

Ed, I've got an idea..................you stay and finish the Imp and the BM...................I'll take Helen on holiday.

I won't even charge you, you pay for the flight and hotel, I'll buy my own drinks.

I don't see why not, she can go to the bar while Helen and I sit by the pool.
