Found these early 90's photos of John Holden on what looks like a nice 350 Shellbourne,I don't know if this is correct you will have to tell me.



Second shot is of David Burgess warming the afore mentioned machine, while John signs autographs and talks shyte to people out of shot...



Last but not least we have a Colin Hopper machine, well turned out and ready for action.

I remember seeing something on North West News were Colin was awarded some government grant aid to set up a business making racing sidecars, what ever came of this project ?

PS, All photos taken on the Aintree club circuit which is located on the inside of the world famous Grand National Horse Racing course Near Liverpool England...

You're right he did get some kind of 'grant start up' for new business's at the time, early 80's, was well reported in MCN at the time also ..........

Is that not Norman Burgess warming machine, and Dave on the side ? might be wrong but it looks like that handsome brute at the controlls.

I think I took these at the same Aintree practise day, 1987 or 1988,
who are they? & I'd say yes, that is the lovely Noman
