I know Dave and I will be there with the Pirate/Buddha and Bellaby/Underwood.
I spoke to John Davison who has said there is a full grid and reserves. I think we are only allowed 18 at Darley.
The teams I know are going are:
Wright/Cooke
Kingsmill/Bedford
Smith/Gristwood
Bellaby/Underwood
Luhr/Currell
Perilleux/Detournay
Faulkner/Gray
Faulkner/TBC
Johnson/Roughan
Charlesworth/Charlesworth
Tapsell/Tapsell
Teams I'm not sure about but will probably be going (can anyone confirm?):
Robinson/Cooper
Etheridge/Etheridge
Reeves/Hills
Raynor/Brown
Latheron/Latheron
Roebury/Roebury
Perkins/Allebone
McGhee/Holmes

The full list is on the CRMC forum. There is one addition to your list - Rodney and Darren Chapman on a Windle Imp. Sadly Jon Perkins won't be there, nor will the Roeburys or Ian McGhee. Richard and Roger Holmes are the first reserves.
You are correct in saying the limit for the grid is 18 at Darley.
