So what was the minimum speed needed to qualify and who did and didn't qualify ??

120% I believe and Nicky and William have qualified

TT site helpfully has duplicated the superbike qualifiers and not sidecars!

We (Sister Jack and Jane Banks) don't think anyone didn't qualify, cut off was around the 95mph mark.
Dean Banks and Pete Alton have been moved up to 31 from 44,
Dave Kimberley has been moved up too, to around 16/17ish and someone else has been moved up but Jack and Janey can't remember who

Notice on the door of the race office informs that all sidecars qualified. Start list is über wrong as retirements are still on there.
I did see the qualifying time on the wall in the race office, but can't remember it.
