we tried to change ferries, told us the first boat home was poss thursday/friday next week.so we had to take our origional booking. we all have work commitments, pity cos i think we would have had a good race.

In fact, many people got on the Friday ferries. IOMSPC simply couldn't be bothered re-assigning space.

Then may be next year every one should give the TT a miss. then perhaps the ferries will be a bit more accomodating.Helen Gibson wrote:In fact, many people got on the Friday ferries. IOMSPC simply couldn't be bothered re-assigning space.

Sadly, if we do that there won't be a sidecar TT again, folks.

I don't think it works like that Mum
Maybe the sidecars should all hire their own boat together, as long as it doesn't sink - was that Joey that lost a boat on the way over once or did I dream it?

Surprised Bill didnt go on standby. He will have seen this situation many times over the years. I wouldnt have thought the Friday AM boat would have been too busy with TT traffic. Its a shame Bill and Rob would have had a good race.
