Been looking into it for a while with no progress. it seems you have to pay. Below is a reply from manx radio email they sent me this morning. I will try and figure out a way for next year (there has to be a way)

Thanks for getting in touch with Manx Radio, your email has been passed on to me.
Just to confirm that this year the listen live on-line service for Radio TT is free to air but the listen again facility is only available to members of MR+TT.
This is a subscription fan site that you can join from the home page of manxradio.com. The subscription charges are £19.95 per annum.

Really, that works out to be 19.95 for about 3 weeks? Who in a month is going to be using it?
