Rounding off Scarborough Bike Week is the annual Cock o’ the North Road Races on the 10th and 11th July, this event has attracted a huge entry and will cater for all classes from 125 to Superbike and Formula II Sidecars.
Again practice will commence at 09.00am each day with racing from 1pm on Saturday with a possible earlier start on Sunday yet to be confirmed. Admission is £15 each day or a weekend pass at £28, all available on the main gate which does not allow Paddock access. Only weekend advance tickets are admitted to the Paddock area, accompanied children under 15 and parking are free.
Entries for the Cock o’ the North include Ian Lougher, Ryan Farquhar, Michael Pearson, Adrian Archibald, Ben Wylie, Dan Frear, Mark Buckley, Olie Linsdell, Phil Harvey, Steve Mercer, Keith Pringle, Paul Owen, Chris Palmer and many more. Heading the Sidecar entry is Conrad Harrison, Ian Bell and Dave Wallace.
A last minute addition to the Sidecar entry for the Scarborough Cock o’ the North is multi TT Sidecar winner Dave Molyneaux and Patrick Farrance who will be riding their DMR Kawasaki outfit in the two Sidecar races.
