As overnight parking is no longer allowed at jurby, would there possibly be room in the sulby car park for 4 scottish sidecar trucks (vans) to sample some manx Hospitality please.

I'm going to try and get some cheap B & B in Douglas for the Welsh team, why don't you park your vans on the prom and come out on the town with us.

Guys, we are trying to arrange secure parking for you in Douglas. As you know parking/camping at Jurby is not allowed. There will be special hotel rates (Brian Convery at IOMSPC is your man), but you can't park big vehicles on the prom either, I'm afraid. All this info already given to the team managers, btw. PM me if you need more info... we are working on a night out and of course, the presentation.

There's no facilities at all, Jase, and sadly you don't have a pub in Jurby any more. Might be a bit bleak in October.

Mick, that would bemy backup. Wanted the sea terminal so guys were close to town, secure, but not necessarily staying in the vans. Grandstand may be best in the long run, as you can hook up, if they allow it. Some people will want to do their own thing and that's fine.Have a bit of patience guys, it's not October yet!!

I'm sure for anybody that wanted to spend the nite down with us in sulby something could be sorted. There is the schoool car park right across the road from the pub and i'm sure they wont mind u parkin up there for the night, it has been known to have happened before.. then you could enjoy a nite of nice food and a couple of beers mayb with us at the sulby glen.... get in touch nearer the time and i am sure we can sort something out guys... xxxx

Saturday night I would recommend you park up in Sulby and enjoy the delights of the Sulby Glen... good food, good company..excellent in every respect!
Sunday night, I imagine you will mostly have to go for your boat, and so I think we will be doing the presentation at Jurby, to let you dash for Douglas.
(The Sea Terminal is no longer an option as the tenants went bust and new ones have not been found)
Have you guys got any ideas for what you want to do on Friday night? Or are you sorted?
