Right this has probably been mentioned on here a million times but im too lazy and busy at work to scroll through them all

What's the best one(s) for passengers to have in prep for the TT??

If anyone has a couple they could send me copies of that would be fantastic. I have the Stockton one (I think it's him and Pete anyway) but just wondered if there was any better ones from passenger point of view???

There is a good one from Roy Hanks in 04? with Steve Norbury in front for quite a while.

the boddice and wells is there 104 lap on the castrol ireson, i learnt off this, the tony pond is okay for reference but from a passengering point of view for a newcomer i dont think you can do better!

I thought the Roy hanks one was really useful. You can see what Steve Norbury's passenger is doing for nearly a complete lap, is it Andy Smith?

For learning the course, the Tony Pond Rover lap is the best. Outfit cameras are too low to get an overall perspective.

Tony Baker is without doubt the best one as we will be lapping at a similar speed.

From an ex passengers point of view for the IOM TT, there are 5 simple rules,
1, Don't extend beyond the Bodywork during left handers.
2, Stay out of the draft at all times.
3, Relax, go with the machine
4, Train well ( be ready for the event) and the one thing no body tells you about is having your head baked behind a radiator blowing hot HOT air at you for at least an hour......
5, And finally this will be the longest race you are ever likely to compete in, so try to make sure your training is geared to suit such a distance.

i know that im a driver and not a passenger vicky,but all i can honestly say is learn the course first.....dont worry about what to passenger yet as you will confuse yourself and only but make it harder for yourself.......you will soon learn whats needed when you know the circuit....i watched nicky crowes on board...its very low but very clear(and yes very fast)...but if you can master that then the speed you will go will seem easy and the view higher when your on your bike....learn all your lefts that you ''MUST'' passenger....and the rest will be easy.....i did about 100-140 laps in a car/van and about 250-350 on dvd....i new the whole circuit both ways too.....LEARN THE COURSE FIRST THEN WHAT YOU SHOULD WORK.....ta matt
