Andy Peach,,,,,and my good self met for the first time in (1991), in the Belgium Town of Chimay, we drank beer, talked shyte in a bar in the town square,,,,which we later found out was a pick up place for local gays....

We then found our selves during the same evening invited to an end of term high school disco which went on to the early hours,,,,,,,,,,,,*(This was 20 years ago) FFS these things simply don't exist even now in this part of the UK )



It had been a while since I met up with the likes of Rodger Body and Andy Peach, But I did make the effort to say hello at the 2010 Festival of Sidecars , Rodger had decided to call it a day that very same weekend ,and good luck to him and his family,,,I hope you can find him something to replace the buzz of racing sidecars.

My brief meeting with Andy made my whole weekend worthwhile as he also recalled the Chimay night out as a highlight of his racing career.....
