That is the Vincent of ex Grasstracker Dave Mallows, passengered by his son in law Nick Archer
Used to race a lot with the classic club and with the vintage club in the nineties.
Altho i did see him about 5 years ago at a snetterton meeting with the classics doing the winning, I think when it was campaigned recently it had some trick cylinder heads on it.

Was indeed a very Quick Vinny but at 1300cc it ought to be Dave Mallows was also British Sidecar Motocross champion at least once. Does the poor chap still labour under the name Dave 'Mad' Mallows
