TT prize giving.

Unread post by stan dibben »

I'd like to say how honoured I was to present the prizes at the TT to the fantastic, talented sidecar winners at the first presentation. Never thought in my wildest dreams that could ever happen. Congratulations to every one of you. :D :D

You looked to be the youngest and fittest person on the stage Stan, must have had something to do with all the time you spent with Annette ;)

As I made my way thru the TT paddox this year I was visiting with team Past It and recognized Stan and introduced myself. He invited me to pull up a chair and we sat and visited for quite some time about sidecar racing. For this colonial it was not only a once in a lfe time chance to meet a living legend but to visit and absorb some of Stan's insight was truely a privilage. This bit of hospitality was just one of many extended to me in the sidecar paddox, thanks Stan, truely an honor.
